The UK has very low thresholds for import duties and VAT for online shopping products purchased outside of the EU. Please note that any order over the value of £15 will incur VAT and duty when passing through UK customs. These are strictly not charges from Classic Sheepskins or because you’re a purchasing Classic Sheepskin product but charges relating to all imports outside the EU. Classic Sheepskins has no control over these charges and these are the responsibility of the buyer. As the seller we don’t want any of our products incurring further charges at customs, but this is out of our control. If purchasing from the UK, please be aware that these charges may apply, and they are the responsibility of the customer. We are looking at alternative options for direct clearance and always have our fingers crossed for better government relations relating to trade in the future.

All Classic Sheepskin products are guaranteed against faulty workmanship and materials.
A full credit or refund will be given upon return of faulty goods if they cannot be made good to your satisfaction. This does not however relate to fair wear or tear. Classic Sheepskins has final say on if the goods are faulty or not. We do not give refunds on returns for incorrect goods ordered.
Incorrect goods ordered may be exchanged (except equestrian products and specially made products) but Classic Sheepskins are not responsible for the return postage charges or any additional postage for the replacement goods.
We ship to a wide variety of countries around the world! Most items are shipped the same day. Delivery within New Zealand and Australia (excluding west coast) is normally 1-5 working days. Delivery anywhere else in the world including west coast of Australia is within 5-15 working days. Use our shipping calculator in the shopping cart to receive actual shipping cost to your destination. A large amount of our reviews are customers impressed with our shipping speed.
Shipping and order fulfilment times will vary more through the Christmas and New Year period.
All shipments are sent via a tracked service. Your tracking number will be sent through either automatically (excluding NZ orders) via email or directly through the website which you will be notified about. NZ orders tracking numbers can be supplied on request, most shipments arrive in 1-2 days. Please check junk/spam email inboxes if you don’t receive it. We use NZ post for all international shipments. Using NZ post means that the parcel is passed off to other companies once the shipment arrives in the destination country. This means you can track your item on more than one tracking link. For these main destinations please use these links once your parcel arrives in the destination country.
Payment & Pricing
Please note that all default prices are listed in New Zealand currency. Our website may detect where you’re accessing from an automatically convert the currency to that which is standard in your country. To double check what currency you are viewing the prices in look in the top right hand corner of the webpage. Currency can be changed in the top right hand corner. We accept dps express credit card payment (visa, mastercard) and your card will be billed in New Zealand Dollars at a exchange rate decided by your Credit Card Company. The legal trading name for Classic Sheepskin payments is Classic Decor (2017) Limited. Other payment options available by contacting us.
Classic Sheepskins reserves the right to change prices at any time. Our product is seasonal and some price fluctuations may occur. In saying this Classic Sheepskins will always try to keep the price consistent and fair.
All Classic Sheepskin products are final sale. In addition, all clearance items are final sale.
If you order the incorrect size or product this can be exchanged at your expense. If you exchange for a product of lesser value store credit will be given. If the exchange product is of greater value you will have to pay the difference. You are required to pay all return shipping cost and all cost associated with getting the replacement product to you.
If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us first. Then send it along to the address below with a note on your sales receipt saying what you would like in exchange.

Sale on all equestrian products is final. Products cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Returns for incorrect sizes, wrong product ordered will not be accepted.
All products are fully tanned and are therefore safe to enter any country. (It is the same as buying a leather belt or leather shoes)
Customs may check gift parcels at random when they are received from foreign countries and apply charges. These charges are out of our control and any duty payments are the customer's responsibility.
